Considering the present situation of melancholy and dismay hovering over Baghjan, CM Sarbananda Sonowal conducted a video conference on subjects concerning fire containment measures and safety regulations with Union Petroleum Minister DP Radhan, senior officials of Oil India Limited and the technical crew on field.
Sonowal further instructed Industry Minister Patowary to pay an immediate visit to the concerned site intending to take stock of the situation while he himself will set off tonight.
