But now, the tables seem to have turned as today at around 1 PM, Sarma affirmed on the disburse of full salaries and pensions for the month of May. In his address, he also conveys his gratitude towards Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman as the betterment of financial grounds of the state has been made possible for the devolution grants by the central government. On a ending note, Sarma emphasised on a gradual improvement in the collective revenue of the state.
