223 students and residents from Cachar were stuck at Badarpur as the Agartala-New Delhi Rajdhani Express train was cancelled due to a track blockage caused by a landslide. The Cachar District Administration received a call from them at around 12:30, and immediately sent 10 buses to bring them back and drop them at their place of residence. No student was charged any fee by the District Administration for this service.
