Assam Government instructs 3 universities to enroll HS Students

Health and Finance Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, tweeted on Tuesday (16th June, 2020), informing that 3 (three) universities in Assam have been directed to enroll students in Higher Secondary 1st year, owing to the COVID-19 crisis.

Bhattadev University at Pathsala, Rabindranath Tagore University at Hojai and Madhadev University at Narayanpur have been instructed to enroll students for the current academic year.

The Assam Government has recently decided to conduct all admissions to the state universities, government colleges and technical institutions only via online mode for the academic year 2020-21. Besides, the Assam Government has waived off all fees including that of admission, exam labs, excursion, registration, prospectus, to name a few, for 2020-21, in view of the COVID-19 Crisis.
